I've seen research posted from both sides. So i go with what works for me. I drink a LOT of water (like 12 or more a day). When I do I don't get tired as easily, and the weight comes off faster. Don't know why. Don't care. Each person just need to find what works for them.

I'm sure several people will say the same thing. It's really easier to offer input if your diary is visible. Without looking I was suggest adding calorie dense foods. Nuts. Granola, Avocado, etc.

Agreed. Your limit is VERY low, and you aren't even eating all your calories. I'd also say drink more water!!!

It's a good source of protein, but it's not required. I, personally, couldn't live without it, so I work it in. But find what satisfies you!
