Your diary is not open, Cannot see what you are eating. I battle to stay within my 1,750 cals a day. I don't know how you can survive eating so few cals.

I'm here. From Limpopo

You've only been at this for 2 weeks. Give yourself some time. Try to stick it out for at least 6 weeks. Try and stay off the scale (near to impossible I know) but do try. Don't give up on yourself or your goals. Best of luck

Well done. Keep up the good work

Hello, My name is Louisa and I'm from a small town in Limpopo. I've been on here since November 2011. So far I've lost nearly 12Kg and 2 pants sizes. I love eating and cooking and that is why I need this site. I hate cardio but I've found lifting heavy a good alternative. I also eat a lot. No lettuce leafs or rice cakes…

My friend is diabetic. He makes mini crustless quiches that he eats for breakfast. Eggs, bacon cheese and plain yoghurt gives lots of protein and fat and low carbs.

My mother taught me not to talk to strangers. I see no difference between real life and online life.

I'm 5"5" and 42 years old SW 163 (74Kg) CW 141 (64Kg) GW 132 (60Kg) I'm aiming to fit into UK size 10 and get body fat down to maybe 23%. Not worrying too much about the scale at the moment.

I presume that you are asking because you are not happy with your body. Maybe its the shape and not the weight. If you want to tighten things a bit consider weight training. Not 25 reps with 4 pound weights but heavy lifting. Look at the results the ladies are getting with NROL.

I'm speechless...... What an amazing transformation. You look beautifull. Congrats
