More fruits & veggies, and also more dairy - low fat yogurt, cottage cheese etc.

I make wraps with deli flat out wraps with either tuna, grilled chicken or turkey and add tomatoes, lettuce and RF cheese, add salsa, light mayo, mustard, light caesar or light sesame dressing and you can have something different each day. + fruit, red pepper sticks on the side

If you are already taking the steps to improve your diet (cutting out red meat etc) - Fish Oil pills can help lower your cholesterol. Some ppl have high cholesterol even with eating a completely health diet, it can be hereditary.

What are you eating before your run? I get this issue if I run on a too empty stomach or something too hard to digest...or too much coffee on an empty stomach!

Lands End (at Sears or online) has great tankini tops with extra support and you can mix it with a number of different bottoms. I like it when I'm running after my DD at the beach or pool !

I have a 2 year old also and get up before work to get in a workout, I try for 2x during the week which means getting up at 5:00 AM and my DH gets DD ready for daycare. Then I try to get in at least one workout on the weekend. It took a while to get in the swing of it but it's sooo worth it to get in that workout! good…
