  • You can do this.....we can do this. I am in the same boat as you in regards to current and ideal weight. I am just addicted to Dr Pepper and not the diet kind. Key is to not deprive yourself but keep it in moderation. The more you deprive the more you will crave it and then overeat. Let's do this together.
