Make sure you are weighing cooked pasta, not dry.

If you love your coffee, then drink it. If you give up what you love to eat or drink, you're not going to stick to your diet. Just eat and drink in moderation and keep track of your calories. Feeling bad about having that extra 100 calories, just go for a walk to burn it off. Very simple :smile:

I'm 5'1" and 140 lbs. My goal weight is 115. I work out to JM Ripped in 30 6 days a week, drink 70 oz. of water a day and try to eat at least 1500 calories a day.

This works. You need to break your plateau. I was stuck for a while and I ate more and started to lose again. Sounds crazy, but you do need to eat more. Everyone on here is right. Have you tried power bars or supplement drinks like Muscle Milk? LOVE Muscle Milk Light. So good and it's great right after a work out.

Thanks! I agree with you. You don't need gimmicks to lose weight. I'm just going to the gym (can't work out at home) and dieting. Found the ladder online and was curious about it. What scale did you buy? I need a new one too.

Wow, we're almost the same! Had a baby 8 weeks ago, 148 lbs and trying to get down to pre-pregnancy weight of 115. :)

I'm going to add all of you :) I'm 5'1", 151lbs aiming for 115 (pre-baby weight). Had my son in '09 and my daughter two months ago. Between the two of them I have 36 lbs to lose. This is NOT going to be easy, but I know I can do it. Good luck everyone!
