Help with my nutrition choices && meal prep plans

Good evening, I'm new to this ap && would very much appreciate the help. Currently, I am using the 310 nutrion plan, flat tummy tea && myo inisitol (for women's health issues) My meals consist of spinach, butternut squash, cucumber, strawberries, blueberries, coconut, green apple, banana, raspberries, mango, papaya, peach and almond milk for smoothies with a scoop of 310 powder in every shake/smoothie.(2x daily) I usually do the shake for lunch && dinner. Ive just started this diet last week && I'm kinda trying to avoid meat considering the *kitten* they give the animals. My goal is to lose at least 50-70 lbs, knowing that won't happen overnight but at the same time wishing miricles could happen lol. I have been going to the gym spending at least an hr every time but being able to make it to the gym is a struggle in itself.(I think I've made it tothe gym 3 times in the past week) What I was wondering is if I could possibly get some tips about excersie && meal prep, I think I'm doing something wrong because I have an ap tracker to track my calorie intake and so forth. For snacks, I've made trail mix which consists if yogurt covered raisins, honey but cheerios && dry roasted peanuts. Any && every help counts, I'm very optimistic. Thanks

kitten is the word the site's filters use when someone types in a *forbidden* word.
As far as your food...are you logging all your food (yup, every bite) every day in some kind of food diary - like the one here? The most important thing is to not eat more than you need. Someone will be along with the flow chart I'm sure...but basically accurate records are your friend, and it takes a while to see progress.
It's best to ask your question once you've logged your food and we can take a look at some past Food Diary entries... so log for a month and see how you do.
My rule of thumb(s) are: eat five servings of vegetables a day. Two servings of meat (or in your case, a substitute protein - the shake is fine,) two servings of fat, and one or two servings of fruit. A serving is small. You need to be weighing your food to stay within calories. Eat what you like, within your calories. I usually have one or two grains a day too.

Oh that's what that is, newbie here lol. Thanks for the first reply :) My struggles are meal prep && excersise alternatives. Are there any for when I cannot make it to the gym? Home remedies that will accurately fit to my needs ? Also, I'm trying to expand my options && knowledge of good foods && find ones that will keep me full, I'm always hungry0

I also come to issues with this ap. I feel as though when I eat something, I try to log it && they'd don't have it. Thus, I end up logging half of what I eat && adding the rest of what I eat in a separate log or knock it && that only ends up bad because its not exactly counting everything I had consumed for the day.0

Weight loss is straightforward - start accurately tracking all your food intake, start accurately measuring out portion sizes with a food scale set to grams, stick to the calorie parameters that MFP sets for you, and then give it time.
That's it.
No need to make drastic changes to what you're eating or cut out the foods you like. You don't even have to exercise if you don't want to. Eat at an appropriate calorie deficit for your goals and you'll lose the extra weight.0 -
You're very welcome they will teach you how to eat they will teach you what not to eat everybody is different they scan your hands and scan your feet they tell you what you need to do they're absolutely unbelievable they're worth every penny you can second-guess this app till the cows come home if you don't learn how to control your body you can't go anywhere I've been doing this for a very long time and when they no longer make any good stimulants it's very hard to lose the weight and it also isn't the right way of doing it I have found the right way it took me 30 years for the body that didn't want to cooperate1

Just so you know, there are no "steroids" given to animals that produce meat. Dogs and cats, yes they treat them with "steroids" for the same illnesses that humans use "steroids" for, but for meat producing animals, no.

Stick to a high fiber diet. Eat fiber rich foods and make sure to get in at least 25g a day. Also drink 1/2 your body weight in water. You'll see the lbs fall off. And if you are at a desk job all day make sure to get up a lot throughout the day. Sitting for long periods of time slows down your metabolism to pretty much non existent. Good luck!

Get rid of the nutrition shake 'plan' and start eating real food within your calories.0
