I am doing the same thing...one 10lb mini goal at a time

My boyfriend wasn't being so great about it either until I had a psycho chick moment and told him "I don't care if you wanna sit on you *kitten* and eat fried food! You do what you want, I'll even cook it for you, but don't discourage my choices. This is important to me and the only thing I am asking from you is to support…

I have a pair of jeans that I bought and they never fit...I refused to take them back...I will fit them!

I think he was just being honest...I see where you are coming from but men have a way different way of looking at things. My ex-husband told me that when I was in labor with my daughter my moaning was kinda turning him on. LABOR AND DELIVERY IS THE LEAST SEXY THING I HAVE EVER DONE! If men can take it there then a naked…

Have to agree about seeing a dietician if you are in fact pregnant. I remember reading once while I was pregnant that the extra work your body is doing is equivilent to climbing a mountain everyday! LOL I don't think it is exactly true but what a visual right?! You are going to be burning more so you are going to need to…

The thing about a post like this is you are going to get some people who agree with you and some who don't, and you can just choose to ignore those who don't. Why did you get married? Because you loved this man and wanted to be a part of his life for the rest of your life? That is some commitment there! And with that…

This is my fav, only with seltzer water, most bars I've been to don't keep diet sprite.

I agree with you! I have had issues with my daughter "forgetting" her glasses not long after she was prescribed them. We have made it a habit to put them in her back pack when she takes them off at night but kids are kids and their were still days that she didn't remember them. Here is my deal...I work 45 minutes from home…

OOOO good one...I am curious too!

Wow susrprised by some of the negativity here. I think it is sweet! It is always nice to take the time out and thank people for the little things. Yes I can change my own light bulbs, kill a bug and open my own doors...but I am not going to pretend I don't like having someone willing to do it for me! I am a strong…

NSV= Non Scale Victory Good job with the PJ pants! It feel good to see changes doesn't it?!

I was just thinking about posting about the shake weight this morning! I have heard mixed reviews but I really like it. It needs to be combined with other weights for major results but it seems to work my back and shoulders differently. And you are right, gives you strong forearms!
-
At my thinnest I was still voluptuous...it means you rock awesome curves!
-
Have you tried the salad spritzers? They have ranch and cesar which are both normally high in calories. Not creamy like normal ranch but it was something that wasn't hard to get used to.
-
Completely agree!! My boyfriend kind of reminds me of him...I love it!!

I agree sexy is an attitude, it's in your confidence and the way you carry yourself...not in your appearance or the clothes you wear. My man loves curves and has had no complaints, I am losing weight for me. Now that I am working out again I know I feel better and it shows. I can flaunt it in a tee shirt and boy shorts…

LOL that's an awesome goal!! I get exactly what you mean though, I have been very comfortable in my skin for a long time. Too comfortable!! That's how I got to this weight. Be nice to yourself...you are still the same person you were before, just more aware. But get this...it is ok to be angry with yourself for having a…

I totally agree!! Either this is the way he was taught how to parent or this is just what he has gotten used to over the years because you haven't really asked much from him. Either way communication is key. He probably won't change overnight but work together and I am sure you two can meet somewhere in the middle.

You will not have fun if you are freaking yourself out over your meal plan all night. Get the menu, make the wisest decisions you can and then ENJOY!! Drink water or unsweetened tea and put your fork down and get into the conversation in between bites. You may go over your calories a little but I bet not nearly as much as…

I totally understand!! I am interested to hear what helps everyone else because other than a diuretic for the bloat I don't know how to deal. Like the hunger...it is not in my head...lol...I need to eat more!
-
Let me tell you why I think you are going to be successful...you are being honest with yourself!!! You aren't making excuses, you aren't intentionally lying or omitting things from your food diary. You said sometimes I just binge! It is perfectly normal! Don't beat yourself up. Just keep being honest with yourself and be…

I only log my weekly deep cleaning and the best answer I can give is because I want to! My food and exercise diary are public I know but they are still mine so if I want to go back and review and check myself to see how I've been doing I usually don't have time to exercise on cleaning day, even if I did have the energy. So…

So I failed at 2 out of 3 goals for yesterday! I didn't exercise and I didn't remain calm...so here I go again Same goals: 1. Stay within my calorie allottment 2. At least 30 mins of Cardio 3. Keep my BP down, remain calm! Wish me luck!

I was wondering the same thing! I need some extra help with my will power so I was wondering of there was a safe appetite supressant out there...from the sound of things on here...I guess not! Oh well...at least you know you are not struggling alone!

My guilty pleasure is reality TV! I am a single mom of two (girl 7, boy 5) and there is always SOMETHING else I could be doing. I enjoy sitting down and vegging out but as entertaining as it can be I get no real value out of watching so I end up feeling guilty for not doing all of the things I could have done in that hour!…

Awesome idea! I was focused on looking good in my dress at the holiday party and that was this weekend. So now I am struggling with saying NO to the holiday JUNK! Having daily goals will help me stay focused! 1. Stay within my calorie goal. 2. Get in at least 30 mins of cardio today. 3.Say calm, keep my blood pressure down.

First remind yourself how much effort you have already put in...look at how much weight you have lost! Give yourself credit for what you have already accomplished! Next make the time! I feel you because I have the same issue, by the time the kids are in bed I am ready to collapse. So maybe you have no choice but doing the…

I'm just starting too! Good luck!

I am new to this and I am looking for some positive reinforcement too!
