Well, I do hope that you were able to go to the interview.... and are there now. I also would have tried to find an excuse to go in today, just on the off chance that she would not have gotten your message to switch the interview to Thursday. Good luck!

Totally do able. For the Disney marathon weekend, they have what is called the Goofy.... You race the 5K, the 1/2, and then the full. I have a few friends who have done this.

Honestly, as a parent it is hard to let go of your children as they grow and make choices for themselves. After all, parents spend many years teaching their children about the world, and for many years, as their children grow into adults, parents are controlling who they are and what they do. It may be difficult for your…

Cheese, yogurts, nuts, peanut butter... etc.... Those might work for you

I would agree.... get a new Endo..... It does not seem like the one you currently have is willing to work with you, and to address your concerns. Additionally, I wonder about the respect issues in the office. It seems he is disrespectful, and appears to be reflected in how the nurse spoke to you. :(

Kegals work sometimes, but not all the time. Unfortunately (from experience), if the pelvic floor is too badly damaged there may be no remedy for it except time. (or surgery if you really want to go that route.... I do not). You can always wear a pad to help prevent you from looking like you wet yourself.....

Runner's trots... man, am I am expert on that.... the jarring from running increases the mobility of the intestines. The best advice I can give you is to be well hydrated, and try not to eat foods that "make you go" before a run.... Read this.... may help:…

I agree with getting a bit more fat. Healthy fats like nuts work well  Also, if it has "been a while," you may want to consider something to "help it along." Miralax works well to get things moving again, and is not addictive or causes cramps like some other things (exlax.....), but is expensive. However, if you are…

Yes. You can totally work the plan to suit your fitness level. When I started it, I had to repeat weeks b/c I just did not have the endurance. As with any exercise plan, do what is right for your body/fitness level. If you try to push too fast, you can get injured. But most importantly..... have fun with it!

Being a military wife for 13 years, I can relate to that.....

Yes, I do. And, to make matters even more complicated she was my daughters God mother. We are no longer close. Different interests now, different lifestyle choices. we are still friendly, and if she needed anything I would be there to help, but no longer lose like we were.

LOL! You are funny.... and yes, sodium is a huge contributor to daily fluctuations of weight. Remedy: Drink lots of water to flush your system.... Great job realizing it and being committed to staying the course!

You look fantastic! WTG!

Today I will stay on track so that I can continue to fit into my jeans (and not look like a blubber ball in my lap suit at my upcoming tri!)

Here is what I just made.... Black beans diced carrots diced celery diced onion garlic halfed cheeey or grape tomatoes Brown rice (cooked - 1c) Lime juice/olive oil/water mixed for dressing salt/pepper (any other herb you may want - basil or cilantro is good) feta cheese (fat free if you can find it) Mix, let marinate, and…

Agreed.... the longest my training program took me before my half was 10.5mi. You can do this!

I struggle with this. If I see a pattern that is not great in a diary, I want to say something (mainly because I have been on the loss/rebound weight gain cycle b/c I didn't learn the first time) but then I don't want to because I don't want to upset them.... Interested to hear the thoughts!
