I have been anemic as well, mine is on again off again and the Dr has no idea why. When I feel myself getting really weak I take an iron supplement with OJ 2x a day until I feel myself back on track. Hopefully that's all it is ;)

I have been doing the 30d shred here and there too - she's pretty kick-*kitten* lol. I need to get consistent - it's hard when always running around with the kids, work etc. Time to stop making excuses and start making time for me.

I have started Insanity at least 4 times in the last year and a half and never make it past the 2nd workout. Hearing everything in this post is motivating me to get back to it!

My boys (6 and 8) just won't eat enough protein so sometimes I add half a scoop of whey protein to their muffins or cookies. As long as it's good protein without chemicals etc then it can only be beneficial.

I always keep whey protein powder in the house. Sometimes after a workout I don't have time to make a high protein meal for recovery and so I make a shake. That said like many of the others have said try not to make it a staple in your diet. It's all about balance :)

That's great and good for you! If I have a major craving I have a little of what I want and am sure to hit the gym extra hard. I can not give up Coffee w/ sugar or wine/beer/pizza. But I limit when and how much. Life is about balance and if I deprive myself of all the things I enjoy I set myself up for failure.

Oikos Greek yogurt cherry on the bottom - 90 cals - it's like eating dessert but all healthy fats and calories :happy:

My trainer said that if I eat right and weight train to take off the fat the skin will pull tight but it takes time. I'm hoping before I'm 40 I can have the tummy I fantasize about :D That said everyone needs to do what makes them happy so I'm not judging :)

I think it depends on the brand too. I only like Liberte and oikos. They are both creamy and delicious. If plain isn't for you there's vanilla and a variety of flavors that add sweetness. It's an amazing source of protein but like the others said if it isn't for you then it isn't. Find something that works for you like…
