Go ahead and add me as a friend if you'd like! I'm 5'3", and am around 125 pounds (although that fluctuates to 130). I'm trying to get down to 115-120. question: did you exercise more to compensate for the extra calories (ie have a 1200 calorie goal, but exercise and eat back the calories)? I'm 5'3" and 125 pounds, but I want to lose another 7-10 pounds.

I agree- log it all separately. A little tedious but far more accurate!

I'm a sucker for chips when I go to the movies, but I usually end up mindlessly eating the whole bag! Now I bring kale chips- it's a delicious, salty, crispy and really healthy alternative, and they're super easy to make!

It's not the time of day that's the problem for me- I definitely agree, snacking at night is not as horrible as some people make it. The problem is that by around 6-7, I've had as much food as I should (few or little calories left), but I keep on snacking later on in the night, so I end up going way over my calorie count.…

Thanks everyone for your great suggestions! Yes water is definitely helpful-I just have to make sure I always have a full water bottle by my side. I think I'll try what some of you have suggested, and save some calories for the end of the night, so I can snack in peace :)
