Just ate at China Buffet. How much did I really get?

I had lunch at my local China Buffet today. According to the MFP database 1 plate of a Variety of Food was a whopping 820 calories. However, I tried to eat reasonably healthy. Here's what I had...

4 slices of cucs
4 slices of tomato
4 slices of peaches
5 pieces of pineapple
4 little mandarin orange slices
some lettuce
2 brocoli's (oily of course)
1 nugget of sweet 'n sour chicken w/o sauce
1/4 plate of white rice (not fried)
a little bit of mongolian beef w onion
1 mushroom
2 shrimps (not fried)
1 piece of Bok Choy
1 string bean

Was it really all that bad? What could I have done differently? Or is 820 calories pretty accurate?

You could log each of those items separately and get an estimation of how many calories.

I agree- log it all separately. A little tedious but far more accurate!
