I take 2 servings of optimum nutrition's fiber powder a day, men would take 3 servings a day. I know women need around 25g fiber daily.. check for men.

I felt the SAME way the past few times it's happened to me. I don't have a solution for you, but I will say that I started up therapy and bought a lot of self-help books and intuitive eating books and those things all helped. You will get there, just keep trying!

What helped me was talking to someone about it. First I tried therapy but ended up finding the most helping in coming clean to my boyfriend. If possible, try therapy and get some self-help books. Good luck - we can do this :)
