Instead of starting month 2 (which I tried 2 of the workouts and nearly died!) right on schedule, I decided that until I can fully complete every workout in month 1 then I'll start month 2. Huge difference! I'm runnin my first 5k in October. The longest I've run as of yet is 2.52 miles with 1 60 second break so I should be in perfect condition for mine in October. My only advis is when i'm feeling super fatigued I take really slow deep breaths to maintain my pace. Works great for me, maybe it will for you…

well you know the foods we love aren't going to get us to the bodies we love lol but you have to remember that you can't give up everything. try like every friday, or just sometime once a week, to splurge a little bit (but always keep in mind portion control). hope this helps!

that is so true about "food is delicious." Sometimes I literally salivate just thinking about a piece of chocolate cake but what you said makes perfect sense. The food I'm eating is only going to help me realize my weight loss goals. And I agree, let's be friends!

Hi Ryan! I've been on here about a week just basically keeping track of my food intake and exercising. It really has helped alot to see exactly what my body is taking in.. As for "never feeling hungry," you should try peanut butter for protein (but limit it because it does have alot of calories) and stock up on fresh…
