    You go girl - you are such a prize! I started my journey right before I turned 40 and lost 110 pounds that year it was 2000 and I have kept most of that off. I was 270 and now weigh 165 - working on dropping that last 15. You can do it - everyday be aware of your body and treat it very good. Happy birthday and congrats on your weight loss.

    I never in a million years thought I would even get to this point! I'm not at the finish line yet, I still need to lose at LEAST 40 more pounds, but I am more than 2/3 of the way there now! I actually didn't think my weight loss was this noticeable, but after taking the picture on the right this morning, maybe I can see it now. :D (just disregard the crazy hair lol)

    **Edited to add: I will be 40 years old TOMORROW, and this is the least I have weighed since high school! So amazing to me...lol
