Time to make a goal!!

I haven't been making goals for myself- which I think in part is why I have not been doing so well lately. So here it is- mini goal #1- I want to lose at least 25 more pounds by August 11th. READY,SET, GOOOO!! :)

    my goal by aug 11 is 10 pounds.... my lower... its because i cant exercise they way i want cuz i'm not allow by doctor... i will join u

    Ilovemybuggy, what is your strategy for losing 25 pounds in a month?

    I plan to work out 5 to 6 days a week: some of my favorites are zumba and p90x, I also plan on buying the 30 day shred dvd. Anddddddd maybe even run on a the treadmill....if i'm feeling froggy. hahaha . And of course, I will stick to my diet!
