I love putting goat cheese in my salads! It taste amazing with avocado and walnuts. What I love most about goat cheese is that 1 oz is only 70 cal!

I love to make whole wheat pita wraps with lite cheddar, turkey, spicy hummus, and veggies like bell peppers, onions, and cucumbers. It's perfect dinner or lunch and its only like 300 calories! For breakfast I like a polenta with a egg over easy and a piece of turkey or oatmeal with blueberries.

Wow! That is so impressive. I am glad you added me. I am 5'4 also and would like to loose about 10-15 pounds. It doesn't seem like a lot but those last 10 pounds are always the hardest!
