That's great you're feeling stronger! I've been slacking terribly. Missed a few days over the weekend but I'm making up for those days rather than starting over. Planning on doing some Zumba tonight as well.

Day 4 DONE! My goal for tomorrow: Complete this earlier in the day! It's so tempting to just skip the day when it gets late. But I'm sticking with it. I also completed day 3 and somehow forgot to post yesterday.

I'm a bit late, but I started yesterday as well. Felt good. Looking forward to today's workout!

I'm on day 6. I started on July 30th but missed 2 days (boo!). So I'll be moving up to level 2 on Sunday the 11th.

My target area is my stomach/abs, hips and thighs. I'm sick of sucking in my belly and doing the dance to get my pants on. Primary goal is to slim my belly down, and then secondary would be the hips and thighs.

I started 30DS yesterday. I did it back in April and lost a few inches but didn't see the weight loss I was looking for. So I'm going for it again. I'll be measuring and weighing today. I'm exciting to see this weight gone!
