eat mate try having some cottage cheese or casein powder( protein shake slow release) i usually have the casein because i hate the texture of cottage cheese

i use them think mine are made by reebok got them from jjb sports for 15quid for 4 squares real bargain and help alot very cumfy on the tushy :)
