I'm a 36DD and I have really good luck with the champion's high support bras from Target. Super affordable and I get no bounce or pain. ETA links: I own these 2: http://www.target.com/p/c9-by-champion-women-s-high-support-sports-bra-with-molded-cup-assorted-colors/-/A-14968996#prodSlot=large_1_7…

I follow this story for the whole year you were going through it and every day I'm in awe of how far you have come. It shows what determination and persistence can do. You truly are one of the most inspiring people I've had a chance to interact with. Congratulations!

Watching my fiance play with my dog. He's so GOOD with her and it just drives me crazy.

I actually went up in sizes as I lost weight--it's about the different in boob to bust----I went from being a 40C to currently a 34DD after losing 95 pounds initially--gaining some back with lifting for a total of 69 pounds lost.
-
I gained some of my weight back because I was tired of being completely obsessive about everything I ate. I also started lifting and decided that the number on the scale doesn't dictate how I should feel about myself. I gained back about 30 pounds--a chunk of that was muscle gains from lifting.I was still logging most days…

I think this is the most important lesson that I learned through it all--and the fact the body composition changes are better than weight loss.

I have the cutest Basenji, named Chloe. Found her at the Humane Society 4 years ago--she turns 5 in October:

This is one of my fave nsv. You look beautiful and I love the dress. Congratulations!

Not 100% positive but based on image comparisons and measurements. I was lifting a lot while gaining the weight--I just stopped calorie counting. I have some stomach definition right now. It was an unintentional bulk I guess. My body shape is coming back quickly with calorie counting, but my weight is at a complete stand…

More vanity reasons--I don't care if I don't reach 135 again--however I want to fit into my old wardrobe again. I do want to lose some of the fat I gained as I was about 18% body fat before.
-
I'll give the reduced calories a shot since I don't have the budget for a food scale--thanks so much!
-
Open--my apologies!

Online on POF. Late December we started messaging back and forth and I was going to San Fran for work the next week. The day after I got back home, we went on our first date and it was sparks. Couldn't be happier.

You are incredible--and you look so happy and healthy in the last photos. Your resilience to everything thrown at you--especially the spinal cord injury--are truly admirable. I'm glad we are friends.

One day of splurging isn't going to undo every other day you are on track. Do you plan on never eating birthday cake again? Moderation + sustainable habits are the key. It takes 3500 calories OVER maintenance to gain a true pound--one piece of cake isn't going to do that (Unless your one piece is the whole thing ;) )

This is a beautiful story and I'm so happy you found love after all these years of struggle and difficulty you've been through. You deserve to feel all these wonderful things and I wish you the speediest recovery.

We just changed from business casual (no jeans except Fridays) to professional casual (jeans--but no holes, nice shirts, no flip flops or tennis shoes) It's been a nice switch. No one sees me anyways since I do inside sales.

This is an absolutely beautiful thread and I love the idea behind it. I gained back about 30 of my 95 pounds I lost--and I'm embarrassed about it--to be quite honest. I let myself go a little and while I know I gained some muscle in the process from starting a heavy lifting program in July--it's still hard to go from this:…

I love the Beatles. Especially after visiting Liverpool and getting to see the inspiration for some of their songs. Penny Lane and Strawberry Fields will always hold a special place after actually seeing those places. However, my favorites: Something, In My Life, and While My Guitar Gently Weeps

I want a man who takes care of his body--because that means he's healthy and cares about himself. I don't care if he's complete ripped, but being healthy is something that should be important to both me and my partner.
