Last year, I lost 50 pounds and had so many wrinkles on my face. Sometimes, the dark circles would be there too. I just think it's from the fat loss. Unfortunately, I didn't keep the weight off. I've gained about half back, but I'm working to get it off again. Good new is...less wrinkles now! LOL

You might need to increase your workout intensity. I'm not generally "tired" after I workout. I'm usually energized. But during my workouts, I sweat and probably can't carry on a decent conversation. When I workout, I WORKOUT. LOL. I also wear a heart monitor to record my calories burned. That generally tells me what kind…
