over easy eggs with fresh spinach. Sometimes with broccoli. My hubby thinks it's weird, but I love it! I have more energy and feel less hungry during the day.

There is some variation based on height and weight, but generally 1 mile=100 calories. Here is a link to an article that talks about calories burned at 5.5: http://www.livestrong.com/article/304481-the-calories-burned-running-5-5-mph/

Feta stuffed chicken with spinach. The whole meal is only 231 calories (if you add nuts to the spinach). :) http://www.fitnessbender.com/2011/12/healthy-feta-stuffed-chicken-dinner-231.html

There are plenty of veggies that aren't green, but check with your doctor first. Butternut squast, acorn squash, spaghetti squash, carrots, corn, red and yellow peppers are a few that I find delicious. It's easy to make roasted butternut squash. Sweet potatos are fantastic, and actually far less calories than normal…

Getting better at exercises, and running motivates me. Seeing how much more you are able to accomplish as you grow stronger is a powerful thing. Also, I notice that i have more energy and positivity when I workout. Another thing that motivates me is people who are injured or disabled who still have active lifestyles. If…

I had the same problem! It was a serious issue whenever I would attempt to run downhill. I did yoga and walking. Look up pigeon pose in yoga it will help stretch out your IT band a lot.

It makes me sick that anyone would ever make that comment to you. Why do some people feel the need to bring down others?

Thin, muscular and cut. Not big bulky muscles. I like when you look at a guy and you can tell he's in shape, but you're pleasently surprised when he takes of his shirt and you see some sexy abs/definition. So I guess that's a balance between model and bulky. :)

I love it! I just make it plain and eat it without sauce. Just a bit of salt and pepper and it tastes delicious to me. :) Everyone has different taste buds though. There are plenty of other healthy choices out there. You don't need to force something you don't like!

Are you kidding? There's a big difference! You look great! Plus you look more comfortable/confident. :) Great job!

I am getting the Kindle Fire for Christmas. To be honest I think both are very comperable. My main reason for going with the Kindle is that I shop on Amazon all the time, and my grocery store offers fuel perks when I buy amazon gift cards from there. Previously I was reading on an older version of the Nook. As far as why…

Oversleeping isn't good either. Part of that depends on your age though. Teens actually need more sleep. I have read that more than 8 1/2 hours is to much. I don't have the awesome reference list of the original poster though. I just know I read it in a CNN article. :)

I'm glad you posted about sleep and fat loss! It's so true, and many people don't realize those healthy little tweaks can make a big difference in their results. Also getting enough sleep decreases belly fat. :)

Pittsburgh, PA, USA. As of right now it is abnormally sunny and warm for this time of year, and I LOVE it! Sunshine is pouring into my windows pretty much begging me to run outside today!

Thank you!!! :D

It's more important to consistently measure the same spot on your body so you can measure changes. Generally do the smallest part of your waist, largest part of your butt/hips, rib cage below the bust, largest part of the bust. If you're going to do thighs, arms and neck I would go at the widest part. I don't flex when I…

I am 5'5" or so and in that weight range. I believe I am 34-26-36 but it's been a while so I will double check tonight. I need to look at my measurements anyway.

Hmmm, that is a crazy scale! I would say just use one of those methods, and worry more about the progress than the number. Or get a new scale. If it gives you a consistent number everytime you tap go with that. For my scale I have to tap it, let it reset, and then I get on and weight myself.
