Help Slimming Mid-section!

Hey everyone,
I am doing really well dieting (1200 cal/day) and at least 500 cals of cardio a day, but I really need to start weight training. My biggest 'problem area' that I hate the most is my LOVE HANDLES. Are there any moves that you all use that have really helped to tone your midsection (especially the hips/love handles/lower abs)..
That's where all my fat seems to just sit....Probably cause of all my stress and cortisol :sad: Any help/tips/advice is appreciated!!
(And I am always looking for weight loss/health food junkies/fitness buddies if anyone wants to add me!!)

Those lovely love handles are fat. Unfortunately.
When you do your cardio, what are you doing? Crazy intervals helped me a ton, as well as hill sprints. I swear by hill sprints. For intervals I would do more fartlek because I was running outdoors in the semi-dark. So I'd speed up for a few blocks, recover for two blocks, sprint to the next streetlight, recover for two blocks.0 -
Yeah, I know...It's fat and I just need to keep up with the cutting calories and cardio... =( Thanks for the advice tho! I am going to have to start running intervals when I do run. It is so challenging for me though because I get exhausted if I don't pace myself right!0
