I am pretty much the same I eat regular versions of everything and just make sure to limit myself and to work out at least 3 times a week.

Basically I like my shoulders and chest...now that I am starting to work out again and eat better they are really starting to form up. Just in time for me to get a tattoo lol

Light activity would be okay but just make sure to get plenty of liquids, when you are sick your body demands even more water then usual.
