My kids go to bed about 8:30 and that's generally when I work out. I find the more I work out the more energy I have too so even though in the beginning you'll be exhausted after a week or so you will feel better.

I want to make sure i'm doing this in a way that I can stay healthy, fix my body, lose and then MAINTAIN. right now it's working, but is it doing it right?

I am SO scared that i'm going to go up on calories and gain so much weight so fast. I've worked hard the last four weeks or so getting 6 lbs gone. And now I'm being told to jump up 700 calories a day and I will lose? I'm barely losing a lb a week now. and I just started exercising again this week.

Right now I'm doing 30DS and I was doing weight watchers but I find MFP easier to log and more user friendly. I think I'm going to just stick to this. Have you done 30DS? i'm worried about getting through 40 min or exercising when the 25 min 30DS was a killer.

I hate jumping, it's the worst part. lol And I don't really "get used" to the level. I finally got to where I could make it through level 1 with out stopping. But it was still quite a work out. I was just bored.

It didn't hurt at all for me, felt like a pap, uncomfortable, but not painful. I had the first one taken out too,and a new one put in almost five years ago, no issues.
