I did the video for the first time yesterday, I started at level two and Im pretty sore today. I was thinking of doing level two for a week or so then doing level three. I really enjoyed it!

I know it's not really juice..but I buy those Crystal Light individual packages..I like the Strawberry Lemonade Flavor..all you do is dump one of those in a bottle of water. I am not a water lover..so it makes it much easier for me! :happy:

Amen! I learned a long time ago to be careful about subway...there are many things on the menu that are not as healthy as they seem! If I'm going to ruin my meal...it will be on a cheeseburger and fries! Not on some wimpy sandwhich I really didn't want in the first place!

I do my 30 minutes of cardio before work 6 am, and then 30-45 minutes after work of strength traning 3x's a week..anything extra I can fit in is just a bonus!!
