Why is it that some foods have a lot of calories but no fat? For example I love Arizona's Mucho mango drink..it has 300 calories but 0 grams of fat. I see that a lot..should I stay away from these foods?
Just went to a lunch-inn for work...tried to be as good as I could! I ate the brisket since they had no chicken..I looked it up and its loaded with fat and sodium! Ugg!!!!
