I hope everyone is doing well!!! I forgot to post yesterday that I walked 3 miles, so I am including it in today's mileage for a total of 7miles done! I am really going to try and make my goal!

I know exactly what you mean, I have added you :flowerforyou: MFP has been great for me personally and I welcome the encouragement, because there are days when I am just not sure if this is working, but when I put my clothes on, they feel great, no matter what the scale says, I AM LOSING INCHES!!!!!:drinker: :bigsmile:

I love Ruth Chris and nothing they serve is low in calories:frown: However,if rdering the steak, ask for it dry (they put butter on everything they cook and lots of it). They do have crab cakes and some seafood choices, but again these items are cooked with a lot butter. Of course if you order a salad get your dressing on…

I do own one, but I only wear it every so often and only when I workout at home!!! I have the Polar FT4 and I love it, the chest strap is fits up to about a 60" chest I believe and is adjustable. I was a bit concerned as well, but it fits perfectly under the breast area of your chest. Good Luck!

It is a Heart Rate Monitor. I love mine and record all exercise if Im wearing it. Like when Im cleaning and cooking I wear my HRM and I am always surprised how many calories I burn.
