I'm from the old school, where you ate EVERY-THING on your plate, with the excuse being, there are people in Africa starving :ohwell: My mom cooked 3 meals a day PERIOD for her family, if we didn't like it, then we didn't eat. :sick: Today I am the same way, my daughter (16yoa) eats what I cook and when my little neices…

Got lost on the trail with my husband!!!!! He has absolutely no sense of direction and we ended walking 7.1 miles for a total of 2 hours and 22 minutes. But it was fun!!!!

You know I feel really great, although I may not make my goal, I think I overestimated myself!!!! I am proud that I am exercising everyday, no matter what type it is!!!! Today I walked a whopping 6 miles outside on the trail and it was so great!!!!

Well I did 3.6 miles on the treadmill tonight!!! But it's not looking to good for me making my goal :noway: but I will keep trying none the less :drinker:

I completed 2 miles on the treadill today and I'm currently out of town and for th first time in my life I used a hotel fitness center!!! This is what I call real progress for me!!!! Go Team!:drinker:

I did my Day 1 Level 1 and I must say I think I did a little better at sticking with it for the entire time. I did have to take 5 secs here and there because my arms were killing me :noway: I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings:ohwell:

COUNT ME IN!!! My Goal for the upcoming week is to exercise 6 days a week. That is always my goal, but I don't always make it. I love the way I feel afterwards, but doing it has been a struggle in the past week! I want to burn 500 calories per workout.
