Day 11 in the books. What I find is: When walking between work and home I'll see a happy hour haunt and have a quick hankering (for wine? for socializing?). When I get home, instead of a glass of wine I'll pour a big glass of fresca. I discovered quickly that I am often *thirsty* which surprises me because I drink water…

Topical estrogen and oral progesterone was what I used. Now I'm using topical progesterone and topical estriol. And so far (two months in) the symptoms haven't come back.... hope that means I'm past the worst of it. Glad it's working for you.

Great! I read it. Twice. It's similar to South Beach (which is give or take how I eat) except that it has slightly stricter meal guidelines. Nice to meet you!
