  • What kind of work out are you doing to burn 1000 calories in an hour??? I can't even get close to that in an hour. I average 100 per 10 minutes, and that's at a run for me on the tredmill. HELP! =)

  • I LOVE doing the yoga on My Fitness Trainer for the Wii. You can pick how long you want the routine to be (15, 30, 45, 60, etc min), and the routine changes every time so you don't get bored with it. I've really enjoyed it.

  • I sympathize with you.... I have two months left and still want to loose 20 lbs. It feels like an impossible task when I live a normal life and cannot commit myself to the Biggest Loser Ranch.
  • I eat my calories, mostly because sticking to the 1200 is hard enough, and after a work out, i need something more. Usually... it ends up being a bowl of cereal. I know... not the greatest choice, but still within the calories.
