New Running Program
Ok... so- lately, I have been having a hard time with my exercise because with working 2 jobs, I didn't feel like I could fit it in anywhere. I started taking Celexa about 6 months ago. Since then, I've gained 15lbs, dispite my best exercising and eating efforts.... it's crazy. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

eating out of emotion...
I've learned that when I get sad, depressed, angry, etc... I turn to food. To anyone else with this problem, what substitues have you found or techniques have you learned to help you avoid this behavoir??? I'm having a stressful day. I'm craving fast food on the way home from work. :sad:

Time is drawing near!
