Nice job! I started insanity a couple months ago, but because of my medical condition when I got to the second month had to give it up, over did it. That was the beginning of my struggle.

I use to drink like 3-20oz bottles of Pepsi a day and homemade tea with 1 cup of sugar per gallon. I also just recently got a BMF. I still use my hrm and record workouts from that, but bmf doees do daily adjustments for calories burned.

The fitbit does not do body temp or heart rate. Core I never hear of. I thought body media was about the same as fitbit except with the band. I'll have to check into it more. I may be interested.

I have the fitbit. I had a liitle trouble with it it gave me double burn calories from hrm. That was the start of my gaining trend.
