Soft drink, sweets(cakes, ice cream), chips, till I hit goal and slowly started adding back in, till my annual doctor visit, now cutting allot more carbs.

I use to use fitbit and it was always giving me extra calories that if I ate back would have gained, so I just use my HRM.

Thanks! Actually I think I'm more concerned than the doctor with a history of diabetes in family and heart disease. Feel safer if I get it down.

Believe it causes plaque buildup and eventually causes arteries to clog.

My doctor would like to see it below 100. I do know they just erase toy lowered the standards. I know last year when it was 122 he told me I was either pre diabetic or 125 was considered pre diabetic. Enough for me to try to change. This time he was pleased but still wants it below 100.

I completed 22/60 tonight. Just don't seem motivated enough to get them done and forget.

I'm 13/60 so far. Did 2:40 regular plus 20seconds left side plank tonight, attempted right side, but my body is so sore from 5 miles run walk yesterday and 5 mile walk today.

Love the idea of resting after 1 minute. Day 1 I did 1:46, day 2 1 minute and arms started shaking bad. Today I will try to catch-up and be at 6/60.

Check out www.fat2fitradio.com or phone app fat2fit. Good calculators. Let me just say everyone is different. I'm 38, 5'8" male. My first goal was bmi of 22, 145lb which sounded low. Reached that my goal now is 137 based on fat% of 14. Almost there and still feel I can loose maybe a little more.

I have several kettleworx DVDs. I found they do 10 minutes and go back and repeat. It is quite a workout and the turbo charge really raised your heart rate and was too much for me.

How many days you log is not inpotant, its that you keep commingle back.

261 of logging in and logging the good bad and ugly. I tend to agree logging in is the first step, but I have dropped people for not logging food just motivation for me.

I reached my weight goal 3 months ago! Since then I've set a bf goal of 14% and almost at that goal! I'm fit for life! Look for people in maintenance who are also in for life! Setting new goals for motivation! Add me if you like. BTW: you look amazing!
