I'm on W6D3 tomorrow, happy for any fellow dieters/C25Kers to add me...I'm still 40lbs to target and 43 years old, so not the fastest or the prettiest lol, but loving the programme. My favourite thing about it now is that my 10 year old daughter cycles along next to me...and I've seen the puppy fat drop off her too :)

Eat! sounds like your family have a virus which you may catch (viruses are airborne transmitters) eating or not eating will make no difference. I'd eat lots of fresh fruit and veg to help fight it off if you do catch it.

Hello! I can join the W6 club now! Did W6D1 tonght....usually do it on the running track but the athletic club was on it so had to pound the pavement instead! Whilst it was harder as its not flat all the way, it was a lot less boring, I thought I had an extra run to do when my nice lady on the app said 'cool down now :)

I did it!! I did it!!! at 197lbs I'm not a 'runner', more like a very slow sloppy out of breath jogger...but I finished it! and tbh, I think I could have carried on! Looking back, i think W4 was the hardest! :))))

HCG is Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin...a hormone secreted in pregnancy...it's what triggers off the 'positive' in a pregnancy test. I sure didn't see any weight drop off when my body was pregnant and I was full of it! :) You'll alter the whole homeostasis of your body...and probably pass a pregnancy test lol x

It's W5D3 for me tonight...half dreading it/half looking forward to seeing if I can do it! it's the best source of lycopene there is! and Heinz took the preservatives out years ago...thats why you need to keep it in a fridge after opening now. No artificial colours either..... :)
