Realizing that u could have done better is the first step...now u just have to plan better...know that everyone slips but we r al in control of when,how,n why..so its a conscious choice to.stay or go.off plan...and u have to deal with whatever those consequences may be...so will u learn your lesson this time or will u slip…

Now if u r stupid and chug 8 liters of water in one sitting yes that's dangerous and u might not live to write about it but if u drink 8 liters in the course of a day that's diff u pee and sweat it out common get smarter people!!;)

I have a 74.4 oz water bottle/jug and I drink 3-4 of these a day!! I love it and its my norm I've been drinking water like this for 19 weeks and I am perfectly healthy...u just have to start out with a small bottle of water and make yourself drink one before u eat everytime u will get it I'm take babysteps...water flushes…

I'll be on Plan for sure another 6 months till I hit my goal weight so a total of about 10 months n then transition off...;)

Also I am only working out one time a day n burning about 500 cals..today I am going to up my cals to 1500 and see what that does from the time I started on Wed to today I have dropped 2lbs so I guess that's not too bad...

So the last 2 days I have been close to 1400 cals so that's not too bad and today I will be between 1300-1500 so that's a little more than 1200 I will monitor like the chic above this post said and change accordingly...hat foods do u all suggest that r heavier but less cals?;)
