If you joined the center you buy your foods through them...didnt u pay for all of your foods up front along with all the testing and monitoring they do?

Also be sure to track your inches so when the scale slows down you have a measure of your success as well keep in mind how your clothing fits buy a smaller size jean and keep trying them on every week until you can fit them:)

Plain and simple your sodium intake!! If you are on a 2000 cal diet your sodium should be around 2300-2400mg a day if you are intaking less calories less all u have to do to find this info is look on the box of any food right at the very bottom....I gained 3lbs from yesterday why??? Well for me i dont know haha!! I am 27 and the smallest I have ever been as an adult is a size 12 and 175lbs...I have dropped 69 lbs my highest weight was 268lbs Aug 20th of 2011 at my lowest on my MF plan I got down to 177lbs and a size 9...around April 1st this year...I liked that size but I wanted to get down smaller…

Hey hun welcome Ive been OP a little over 10 months...I mostly use condiments with lean and green and I eat the light baby bell cheese for my healthy fat usually as a snack:) I track it all when I remember haha:)

So I just calculated and I'm in a normal body fat% 25.9% range but 29lbs overweight for my BMI...weird

I'm 5'7.5...yes my body fat % is still way to high I've calculated and around 150lbs it will be in a normal range

Watch your sodium u should be less than 2300 mg a day if u r eating below 2,000 cals a day as well be sure u r drinking at least half your body weight in ounces a day just 64 oz keeps things working and in clean fluids...especially with your workouts u want to stay hydrated very well;)

Awesome chica!! I'm 5'7.5 and this just shows me I won't look crazy at 150!! I was 268 in a size 18 now 9 months later I am 190.2 and in a size 9 so thank u for the Inspiration 150lbs here I come!!
