Well I think that first u have to be honest with yourself as to why u keep going on and off plan...is it emotional things going on,stress,etc and how r u chosing to deal with these issues beyond eating? R u bored with the regimen and the food...how long have u been OP and how much have u lost,have u gone to your health…

You don't really have to count anything...just follow the plan 100% u will drop weight as long as your carbs r in the 80-100g range your fat is 10-30g and your protein is 70g or more for the day as well sodium is under 2300mg...in my experience when I had more weight to lose I dropped more like .6-.8lbs a day when my carbs…

The thing about wonderslim and other products is yes u will lose the weight but it will take u longer and u spend wayyy more money in the long run....so it truly becomes ...being uncomfortable for a short amount of time for quicker results or draw it out for comfortability pay more money and lose less weight...JS

I would say u need therapy to deal with the Anorexia cause being u r not eating and working out soooo much u will not lose weight your body will hang on to it...

Not a good diary today I will cut the exercise out for now order more calorie burns and get this last 30lbs off with the leanest of meats and lowest carb veggies...will tone up after;)

Well my definition for myself is going off my plan I am on Medifast so to achieve my weightloss goals i have to follow the plan 100% and when i don't I consider it a choice I have made to go off plan this isn't a game!! But a lifestyle change...js:)
