FAT= .3g Sugar=12g approx= 89 cals in 100g If it fits your macro's or calories….eat it. Being very ripe can mean they are High GI and being green can mean Low GI, so they have different energy releases. But not "fattening" Does this make sense? :)

Hey, I think it might have been when you originally set up your account. If you set that you will be doing a certain amount of exercise, it will take this into account. Make sense?
