i have lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks but it all depends on you and what you do. Remember it takes time and the healthy way is about 2lbs a week. Drink water and do exercise. i found a book with a walking routine that helps keep you walking. It's called Walk Off Weight. Feel free to add me for support.

Each day is a new beginning. Just start each day fresh and do your best each and every day. Water is a great filler. I myself am not a water person but I put some of the MiO liquid in the water to give it a flavor and that helps me to drink my 8 glasses a day. I myself have given up soft drinks and that was a huge for me.…

I am new to this site as of this week. I started using it on Saturday and I find it very helpful. You can do this one day at a time. Just keep going. :)
