Pregnancy followed by a job in a take out. Spend my wages on food or take the food they would have otherwise thrown out at the end of the night and save the money. Seemed like a no brainer at the time!

Before i had my daughter, i was a size 8 (UK12) and 160lbs. Im currently about a 12 (UK16) but they're getting too big. I managed to put my 8's on the other day but i couldnt move! My goal will be to put them on comfortably. I'm 5'8" and 197lbs. Goal weight is 160lbs.

No pictures yet! Im 5'8" and currently 197lbs. Starting weight was 215 (says 210 on here but i gained a bit more). My goal is 160 so still a good way to go before i start posting pictures! Interested to see others though.

I have some, but im not a fan. I've had them many years and they were all done under age at crappy shops. Definitely not worth it. If youre going to do it, make sure its done in a reputable place. The cheaper it is, the faster you need to run in the opposite direction.

For me, it was when i got pregnant. I was a healthy weight and size before that and i ate junk so i wasn't really very healthy at all! Just thin. If i find mould, the whole lot goes in the bin. I've started buying smaller loaves because we were throwing waaay too much away. Either that or the long life bread that lasts 7 days.

I saw a hideous fat photo of myself. My mum gave my husband a photo in a frame of me and our daughter and im massive! The photo has never been put up because i dont like looking at it. The ultimate goal is to replace is with a better (50lb lighter!) photo.

The exact reason i refuse to cut anything out! This isn't just a diet until i reach my goal weight, its a change so that i don't get back to that weight again. There's no way i'm living my life eating broccoli and seeds all day.

Nothing. I have everything in moderation now. I have stopped eating sausages. More because i had some poorly made ones which have put me off! It was a blessing in disguise.

Also, im not sure how the eating what you burn thing means. Do i need to eat at least 1200cals AFTER what ive burnt exercising? So if i ate 1500 and burnt 400, i wouldnt have had enough?

Thanks everyone. Im currently 215lbs (at first weigh in wednesday evening) and my goal is 165lbs. My water intake is pretty good, 7-8 glasses a day at least. Caffeine intake is a bit different. I used to eat a lot of chocolate. I still have some now every day, but in moderation and in line with the rest of my diet.

Im 5'8" and my goal is for around 160lb. Though thats flexible for me, i want to look better but not thin. I like to be curvy but not wobbly. So ill stop when i reach that point.
