Looking on this thread it is amazing to see what people have lost. I always give up but the longer i look at my picture the more i want to be back to that size.. I could put one of me when i was smaller size 6 but i want to be realistic!

Well typically i cant find my DVD anywhere! So i might start it tomorrow after i have had a good look for it tonight. Also means i know my last day will be the 31st. What would be best to do after that do you think?

I eat really well, always checking the packages of food and try to stick to the if you dont know what the words in the ingredients are dont buy it! rule x
