9lbs in 25 days!!! size 10 now!!!

My first 25 days on MFP and lost 9 lbs. I am eating so healthy, as i always did my whole life, but measuring makes a difference! And I have been jogging 10K 5x per week! 200K a month!!!! it takes me 1 hour and 10-30 minutes depending on my mood =)


I am 24 years old, 5'2"
two years ago 176 (size pants 14)
start weight 169.8 (size pants 12)
current weight 160.8 (size pants 10)!!!!!! out of the double digits in nooo time!

    thank you so much! this is my first post and it means so much to me, All of you are doing great, I will post before and after pic soon, need to get to my goal weight by the end of the year, 120lbs! =)

    the running i built up, first jogging and walking, then jogging sslowly for 45 min, then jogging faster for 45 min, and now i can do it for over one hour. I had my heart broken and the rage made me run like there was no tomorrow, i started in december! never thought i could run this much!
