Anyone starting 30 Day Shred today?
I have put on so much weight since my holiday last year (Me last year in my photo) So i have decided to start the 30 day shred today. I just wanted to know if anyone else is doing it so i have someone to motivate me through it and to talk to about the pain my legs are feeling haha. Love Me ♥

Hello Can anyone tell me what the best foods are if i want a lower calorie intake. 30 Day Shred 2nd Day
Is this normal? I finished my 2nd day of the shred yesterday and woke up this morning and my leg muscles feel so tired. If i sit down for a while such as at work as i work in a office (very annoying as i would like to be more active) then get back up my legs feel like they weigh a ton. Can someone please tell me what results they had with the 30 day shred as im thinking of ordering it but unsure if it will help? It sounds good as i work long hours and never get enough time to exercise as much as i would like to. Thanks :)

Not Helping
I used to use MFP last year alot and lost alot of weight. I am now eating less than 1200 calories a day and i do about 30 mins walking a day 30 mins dancing and jogging in the morning for a few laps round the block. Any idea why i dont seem to be loosing weight? I am also drinking lemon water to clear the horrible stuff…
