  • If you buy a hand blender aka immersion blender you can make mayo without having to whip it by hand...in less than a minute! =)
  • I made chocolate zucchini bread that came out more like cake this weekend. Tasted great! Almost doubled the zucchini, omitted the Stevia, added an extra tablespoon of honey, and added vanilla extract. http://www.elanaspantry.com/paleo-chocolate-zucchini-bread/

  • I just made paleo mayo in 30 seconds with a hand blender. You'd be amazed at what you can do with it. For example, add some spices to make it ranch, add some shredded chicken or tuna to fix up a fat bomb salad. Bonus: It's made with olive oil
