Eating disorder and yoyo dieting have totally screwed up my metabolism in many ways. Last time i checked my body fat was 25-26% (by the BIA scale) so maybe i have a litte more fat on me compared to those stick thin women in yoga class at the gym but at least i'm trying to work out and be healthy and for him to call me this…

This is true, maybe not so in the states but believe me, this happens very often where i live (in asia where most people just comment on other's appearance so liberately without any considerations)... It was wayyy worse when i got back from australia and weighed 130lbs... i was so afraid to visit my relatives and friends…

i think guys should be taller than girls cuz it gives some kind of a secure feeling for me if my boyfriend is a lot taller than me. N luckily he is, he's 6'3 tall n im only 5'3 so even with heels im still pretty tiny next to him :bigsmile: u know when someone's shorter than u u have to look down on them lol

Unfortunately, celery is my enemy food of all time :( too bad its so low in calories :( I just dun understand how u guys can eat it it smells so nasty to me....just thinking about it gives me goosebumps haha lol

tks they r all great ideas esp the chewing gums haha lol i used 2 snack on carrot wayyy 2 much noa cant even stand da smell of it :( but frozen blueberries is absolutely my favorite yummm!

i just cut them into fries shape n sprinkle wit chilli, a little bit of olive oil, garlic powder n just a teaspoon of lemon juice... its very tasty, a mix of apple n potato :) best for low carb diet

ive got da same problem :( so wat i do is to make sure i include some lean protein like chicken breast n fish (tuna is a good choice) or beans along wit da salad n some healthy fat like nuts, seeds or olive oil, all flushed down wit a cup of water n i doubt u can feel any hunger at all :D Just try not to eat carbs…
