Ok so i'm a bit confused is that 1200 calorie recommened for women is the net calories which means if you exercise more you are able to eat ur exercise calories? or it is the fixed calorie doesn't matter if you exercise or not? lets say if i do cardio and burn 300 calorie should my intake be 1200 or 1500 calories?
