Relatively new to being active, but still trying and plugging away. Definitely would like to have a buddy or two to bounce ideas off of and to keep them and myself motivated.

I chopped up a medium granny smith apple, added about a 1/2 cup of fresh raspberries, a little less than a 1/4 cup of oats, 2 teaspoons of flax seed, and a cup of unsweetened almond milk. Very filling, highly nutritious, and very low calorie.

One of the morning daytime nutritionists actually said that it was better to go with real ice cream over the Skinny Cow. It was better to feed your body the natural over the "fake" sugars and fats. And your dessert sounds GREAT! Thanks for the idea!
