    Fell off the healthy living wagon in December - ate way too much and didn't get motivated enough to move.

    New year - newly motivated!

    Going to do 30 mins activity daily. Just making 40 kilometers my target.

    January 1 = 1.2 kms

  • It's going to take a few for me to get the ticker and stuff, but I want to do 20 miles. This is my first time for this, so I don't know if I can, especially with shift change coming at work. BUT, it gives me a goal to work towards.

    count me in...i have about 7lbs to lose by months end so put me down for about 80 miles

    Are you talking about MFP ticker? Go to settings above, click to add to your posts.

    The other is from tickerfactory.com. Go and set up a account. Look for the bbcode, copy and paste the small img?????img code that are in brackets to each post that you want.Its easier than it sounds.
