Fell off the healthy living wagon in December - ate way too much and didn't get motivated enough to move.

Going to do 30 mins activity daily. Just making 40 kilometers my target.

It's going to take a few for me to get the ticker and stuff, but I want to do 20 miles. This is my first time for this, so I don't know if I can, especially with shift change coming at work. BUT, it gives me a goal to work towards.0

The other is from tickerfactory.com. Go and set up a account. Look for the bbcode, copy and paste the small img?????img code that are in brackets to each post that you want.Its easier than it sounds.0 -
