    My usual shake of chocolate protein powder, banana, coconut milk and spinach.

    Then at coffee break I had a boiled egg, some old cheddar cheese and an apple.

    I had one slice of 100% whole wheat smooth grain toast with a thin thin layer of peanut butter and cinnamon and a bowl of strawberries :) It was soooo soooo gooood!

    2 Eggs, 3 slices of turkey deli meat, half an avocado with 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 2 pieces of soy and flaxseed bread and salsa!

    MMMMMmmmmm was so good!

    Fried egg, with mozz cheese on top and a few slices of turkey pepperoni (pizza eggs?). Also had buttered toast and around 4 ounces of breakfast sausage. :)

    Today I ate 5 protein banana bread muffins, a chocolate chip poptart and a big granny smith apple - a total of 560 delicious calories : )

    I chopped up a medium granny smith apple, added about a 1/2 cup of fresh raspberries, a little less than a 1/4 cup of oats, 2 teaspoons of flax seed, and a cup of unsweetened almond milk.

    Very filling, highly nutritious, and very low calorie.

    I had a whole grain high fiber bagel from trader joe's, lightly toasted with 2 tbsp of PB2 with a tsp of ground flaxseed stirred in and topped with raspberries. Yum!!
